The Commercial Institute offers Shorthand and Typewriting Training Courses in Bengali and English, Computer Training and Spoken English courses have also been introduced for the benefit of local People. Shorthand & typewriting courses were attended by 61 students, of which 20 belonged to SC/ST category. 27 students (boys and girls) were admitted to Spoken English course and 235 trainees got computer training. Out of 235 trainees 70 were SC/ST and out of 27 Spoken English students 10 were SC/ST. Total numbers of staffs of the Commercial Institute are 10. Total numbers of Full Free Students are 10 and total numbers of half free student are 40 including all training courses.
